To access the full range of ca999 Services — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus participation — you must register a verified account. The registration process requires the following and is subject to ca999's KYC verification procedures.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ca999 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• ca999 reserves the right to close or suspend any account where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms — with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the suspected breach.

ca999 will process your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ca999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement on ca999 welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time only. If the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period stated in the promotion's specific terms, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per user, per household, per device, and per payment method. ca999 reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion whether multiple accounts are operating from the same household or sharing a payment method for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your ca999 wallet. Deposits made while a bonus is active are credited to your real-money balance first. Bonus funds are used after real-money funds are exhausted, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• ca999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. In the event a bonus is withdrawn before a user has completed the wagering requirement, any remaining wagering obligation is cancelled and the bonus funds are removed.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the game(s) specified in the promotion terms. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the specific promotion terms before withdrawal.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ca999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and permanent exclusion from the platform.

• Fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargeback fraud, or any scheme designed to obtain funds from ca999 or other users through deception.
• Collusion between players, including sharing of hole cards in poker-format games, coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes, or any form of chip dumping.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human play. This includes, but is not limited to, automated betting systems and screen-scraping tools.
• Money laundering or use of the ca999 platform as a mechanism to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploitation of software errors, game malfunctions, or pricing anomalies. Any winnings generated as a result of a demonstrable software error or game malfunction are void and will not be paid out. ca999 reserves the right to correct any such error and adjust affected balances accordingly.

ca999 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in any investigation relating to fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity involving the platform. Account information and transaction records may be disclosed to relevant authorities where legally required or where ca999 reasonably believes disclosure is necessary to prevent or investigate criminal activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ca999 makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. The following specific limitations apply.

• ca999 is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from network outages, payment processing delays outside of ca999's control, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or telecommunications failures.
• ca999 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if ca999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• ca999's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
• The ca999 platform is provided for entertainment purposes only. Gambling involves risk and there is no guarantee of winning. ca999 does not guarantee that any game will result in a win, and past performance or game outcome history does not indicate future results. Play responsibly.

ca999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the ca999 platform. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your account and withdrawal of any available balance.

In the event of any dispute between you and ca999 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, you are encouraged to contact ca999 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. ca999 will endeavour to respond to and resolve all user complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other legal remedy.
